KINDNESS IS A GREAT VIRTUE
Exhibit Kindness
The Bible says that there are three things that abide; hope, faith and love. The greatest of them is love.
To render help to the poor and needy people is to show the kindness of God to others.
King David extended kindness to the grandson of Saul, being Jonathan’s son, whose name was Mephibosheth. David made him sat at the same table to dine and wine with him despite his poor condition.
Try to show God’s kindness to others today.
In Psalm 41 v 1, writes;
“He that remembers the poor the Lord will deliver him in the time of trouble. The Lord will preserve him and keep him alive.”
Government is also included, therefore, our governments should try to consider the plight of the poor masses in all its ramifications and help.
Psalm 112 verse 9
The Rich Cannot Afford The Poor To Die
I do strongly believe that the Rich cannot afford to let the Poor to die simply because the poor is poor and may not be able to meet some of their basic necessities of life.
The reason for my observation and thesis is because the bulk of the wealth of the Rich come from transacting business with the Poor and the uninfluential people.
That #5 sweet/candy, #10 sugar, #20 sachet of powdered milk, #40 chocolate drink, #100 recharge or call card, 150MB data, 4 litres of petrol to power the common “I pass my neighbours generator or Okada motorcycle or Keke tricycle orthe cab/taxi and so on amount together to something tangible in wealth accumulation for any business mogul.
Even seeing some cluster around you and saying: Baba olowo, E baano, Ranka dede, e.t.c. may mean something positive to the psychology of the Rich.
So, keep doing the good work of altruism and humanitarianism until COVID -19 is conquered and even after, raise the standard of the Poor to transact business with you at higher levels of the economic empowerment.
Great people, light a candle in the dark that you too may see more clearly.
